K-Cook Delight: Japchae Day (Aug 24)

Last Saturday (August 24, 2013) has been another wonderful experience for the participants of K-Cook Delight. We gathered and learned how to make Japchae – the second traditional dish of Korea that our program wished to introduce, after Bibimbap two weeks ago.

Japchae meaning "mixed vegetables" in Korean is a dish that, as the name implies, is a mixture of various vegetables, with cellophane noodles. Usually served as a side dish in meals, it consists of a variety of food that is both enjoyable and visually peculiar.
